Ms. Corona represents clients in the public bid and proposal sector on some of the State’s largest infrastructure, transportation, and development projects, such as:

Special Counsel to the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) on its $3.2 billion Capital Improvement Program;
GOAA General Construction Counsel ($500+ million annual expenditure for design and construction);
Counsel to Jacksonville Transportation Authority for construction-related procurements and contracts, including public-private partnerships (P3);
Counsel to St. Lucie County on its New York Mets stadium project, P3s, and drafting agreements and procurements.

Ms. Corona also represents clients protesting and defending local, state, and federal contract awards in all industries, and is well-versed in all phases of litigation regarding construction, employment, federal and state intellectual property and trade secrets, and general business litigation matters, including winning rulings from the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Ms. Corona is also licensed to practice in New York.

Mark Davis has been practicing law in Walton County for 28 years, both in private practice and as In-House counsel for the county.  His practice areas include governmental affairs, real estate, probate and general litigation.

Mark is a current member of the Governmental and Public Policy Advocacy Committee of the Florida Bar and has previously served on the First Circuit Bench Bar Professionalism Committee and chaired The Florida Bar Grievance Committee 1-B, First Circuit.  He is also an active member of the Walton County Bar Association.

Mark is actively involved in the community and was a member of the Walton County School Board for over 20 years.  He is also a past president of the Kiwanis Club, a former volunteer basketball coach and former chair of the Cope Center.  Mark is currently an elder and choir member at First Presbyterian Church of DeFuniak Springs.

Mark is graduate of Florida State University and The Florida State University College of Law.  He has been married to Susan Davis for thirty years and they have one son.
